Using your list of required programs, locate the programs for your specific platform. Make sure to select documents that fit your state/province and country requirements.

Step 3

Purchase & Download

Add the required programs to your cart and complete the secure checkout process. Once payment has been processed you will be able to download your documents right away.

Step 4

Update & Upload

Download your purchased documents. Ensure to update your company name in the required places, and insert your logo. Lastly, save it as a PDF, and then upload to your specific platform.

    The documents are provided in editable Microsoft Word format so you can make changes easily on your own.

    1. Review & Verification (RAVS)
    2. Written Program RAVS
    3. Submit Written Programs.

    On this page in the column titled "Program" you will see a comprehensive list of written safety programs and compliance documents you are required to submit.

    On Avetta:

    From the left hand navigation bar select:

    1. Compliance
    2. Find and select "Manual Audit"


    On the left hand-side it will display a list of your required safety programs and compliance documents.

    If you are unsure, we can review your account and tell you exactly what you need. If you'd prefer to not have to deal with this process altogether, we have you covered with our Avetta and ISNetworld Account Services.


  • Yes. We offer document bundles that group commonly required programs together at a discounted rate. Bundles are designed for contractors who need multiple safety programs at once and want a faster, more cost-effective way to get compliant.


  • Yes. If you prefer not to manage uploads yourself, we can submit documents directly to your account as part of our Avetta or ISN account services. We handle formatting, naming, and placement so everything aligns with platform expectations.


  • Document rejections usually happen because the document customization guide was not properly followed. If the rejection is for any other reason, we can help you revise and resubmit your documents quickly so you stay on track toward approval. Our goal is to get things right the first time, and when adjustments are needed, we resolve them efficiently.
